ADVERTISING DEADLINE IS WEDNESDAY BEFORE PUBLICATION DATE. ALL LATE COPY
IS SUBJECT TO A 25% HANDLING FEE.
All errors or mispublication
of any verbal advertising request must be brought to the attention of the
publisher within 7 days of publication. The Merrimack Journal assumes no
liability for financial loss due to errors and/or omissions in
advertisements. However it is our policy to reprint the corrected portion
of the advertisement at no cost. Any legal action brought by the Merrimack
Journal for collection or enforcement of the terms of our advertising
policy will include reasonable attorney's fees as determined by the court
in whose jurisdiction the action is brought.

permission can be granted under the following guidelines: |

Use of any editorial or advertising copy in part
or in total is subject to a 15% royalty fee of the gross published
advertising rate of the publication, payable in advance of the
publication date. Any royalty payment made or assessed after the
publication date will be charged 50% of the gross published
advertising rate of the publication plus all legal fees connected
with the enforcement of or collection of these royalties. |
DESIGN AND COMPOSITION OF ADVERTISING COPY IS ALSO AVAILABLE BY PROFESSIONAL GRAPHIC DESIGNERS.
ALL SERVICES WILL BE BILLED AT PREVAILING PROFESSIONAL RATES.
WE WILL BE HAPPY TO HAVE A SALES EXECUTIVE
HELP YOU WITH YOUR CO-OP ADVERTISING.
HALF TONES OR SPECIAL CAMERA WORK WILL BE
BILLED
TO THE CUSTOMER AT PREVAILING RATES.
